Around the world, the Bahá’í Faith inspires individuals and communities to improve their lives and contribute to others and society. The Bahá’í Faith’s teachings centre around

that every person is noble and has the right and responsibility to independently search for truth;
that there is only one God, and oneness of religion, with progressive revelation of religious truth over the millennia;
that all people can develop their own spiritual qualities;
that actions matter more than words;
that men and women are equal;
that science and religion are two sides of one coin to understanding;
that justice is important in everything we do;
that education is important for everyone;
that we must strengthen the relationships that bind together individuals, communities, and institutions; and,
that we are all one family with freedom from prejudice of all kinds.
